Cancellation Terms

• Up to a maximum of 6 weeks before the agreed date of arrival of the guest, the booking can be cancelled in writing without paying the cancellation fee.

Outside the specified period, cancellation is also possible in writing, but only with payment of the following cancellation fees:

• up to 4 weeks before the arrival day a refund of the deposit is no longer possible
• up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price has to be paid by the guest
• in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price has to be paid by the guest

If you can't make the vacation because of the Corona situation or an officially ordered quarantine, a free cancellation is of course possible and we will return the made deposit. Otherwise our general cancellation conditions apply.
